Who can register on work pillars?
Anyone! If you're a skilled artisan (e.g., plumber, electrician, tailor, painter, etc.), you can sign up to offer your services. Consumers looking to hire reliable professionals can also register to find and book artisans quickly and safely.
Is it free to use the platform?
Yes, signing up is free for both artisans and consumers. However, depending on the job or service, a small transaction or service fee may apply. This will always be clearly communicated before any payment is made.
How are artisans vetted or verified?
We take quality seriously. All artisans go through a basic verification process which may include identity checks, portfolio reviews, and customer feedback. This helps ensure trust and safety for everyone on the platform.
What happens if i am not satisfied with a job?
We have processes in place to resolve disputes, which may include a full refund to the consumer, rescheduling the service for a later date, etc. We strive to make sure our resolutions are as fair to both the artisan and consumer.
